Non Refundable Deposit Due March 15, 2018, $250
Once your deposit is received your spot will be held. Individual invoices will be sent for the payment plan.
FLIGHTS: You are responsible for your own flights. Several airlines are offering excellent prices for tickets to Washington, D.C airports (Reagan or IAD). Buy your ticket EARLY for the best price or speak with us for a group rate. Hotel check in is at 3pm central time and our first event will start at 6pm on Thursday, August 9, 2018.
